           On The Blessed Journey
                  Of Isra and Mi'raj

Narrated by Abu Huraira (May Allah be pleased with him) :
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "On the night of my Ascension to Heaven, I saw (the prophet) Moses who was a thin person with lank hair, looking like one of the men of the tribe of Shanua; and I saw Jesus who was of average height with red face as if he had just come out of a bathroom. And I resemble prophet Abraham more than any of his offspring does. Then I was given two cups, one containing milk and the other wine. Gabriel said, 'Drink whichever you like.' I took the milk and drank it. Gabriel said, 'You have accepted what is natural, (True Religion i.e. Islam) and if you had taken the wine, your followers would have gone astray. "

Abu Huraira (R.A) bayaan karte hai ki :
Rasool Allah (ﷺ) ne iss raat ki kaifiyat bayaan ki jis mai Aap ko Meraaj hui thi ki, "Maine Musa (A.S.) ko dekha ki woh aik duble-patle seedhe baalo wale aadmi hai. Aisa maalum hota tha ki Kabeela شنوہ mai se ho. Aur maine Isa (A.S.) ko bhi dekha. Woh miyana qad aur nihayat surkh o safaid rang wale the. Aisa tar-o-taza aur paak-o-saaf ki maalum hota tha abhi ghusl khane se nikle hai. Aur mai Ibrahim (A.S.) se unn ki aulaad mai sab se zyaada mushaba hoo. Phir do bartan mere saamne laaye gaye - Ek mai doodh tha aur dusre mai Sharaab thi. Jibreel (A.S.) ne kaha ki "dono cheezo mai se Aap joh jee chahe pee jiye." Maine Doodh ka pyaala apne haath mai liya aur usey pee gaya. Mujjh se kaha gaya ki "Aap ne Fitrat ko Ikhtiyar kiya (Doodh aadmi ki paidaishi ghiza hai). Agar iss ke bajaye Aap ne Sharaab pi hoti to Aap ki Ummat gumraah ho jaati.
